Who is MALO for?
MALO is dedicated exclusively to serving independent retail jewelry stores. (We do not sell direct-to-consumer.) We specialize in crafting high-quality men’s wedding bands, supporting retailers with a unique, Canada-based manufacturing partner. Our mission is to provide our retail partners with expertly crafted pieces that they can confidently offer their customers, knowing each band reflects the exceptional quality, design, and after-sales service MALO is known for.
How fast does MALO deliver orders?
Our plain and alternative bands ship in just 48 hours, and custom bands come with quick delivery too — just 5 to 10 days! Plus, our high-precision technologies ensure that defects and other issues are virtually nonexistent.
Please note that rings with modifications might require more time to produce, which we will always communicate to you.
If you need an order rushed, you can simply contact our customer care department and we will be happy to assist you.
What are your main policies?
We offer free engraving, free lifetime refinishing and resizing, lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, and free refurbishing of displays and alloy samples.
Our stock balancing policy is 1/1 per collection.
Our standard credit terms are 30 days on special orders.
Various credit term plans are available for stock orders and buy-ins.
We provide displays for our bands (on qualifying orders, and as long as available) upon request.
What is your ethics policy?
All of our materials are ethically sourced and purchased from legitimate conflict-free sources, in compliance with the United Nations resolutions.
What quality diamonds does MALO use?
All diamond rings are made using I1 Clarity GH color unless indicated otherwise. All other diamond qualities are available on all rings upon request, including SI, VS, LAB, and VS.
What happens if we try MALO and do not like it?
While this has never happened to us, we understand that it is always a possibility. This is why we offer a 12-month money back guarantee, no questions asked.
